NOTICE:

Trek is right around the corner. Here is some important information you need to know about Wednesday night, Thursday morning and Saturday afternoon.

Wednesday, March 11

Time: 6pm to 8pm
Location: Stake Center

Each participants need to bring all their gear packed in their 5-gallon bucket and heavy duty plastic garbage bag. The only gear that should not be packed is the pioneer clothes ready for trekking that the participant will wear the next day (Thursday). Remember, participants are not to bring electronics to trek. Attached is the participant packing list, as a reminder of what to bring.

When participants arrive at the Stake Center, please enter on the west side for checking in. At that time, participants will receive their family and room assignment and proceed to their assigned room to meet their family and do gear checks.

Please keep an eye on the weather forecast and prepare accordingly. We all know how the weather and forecast can change very quickly in Texas. The location we will be trekking in is near Alvord, Texas.

Thursday, March 12

Time: 7am
Location: Stake Center

Participants will arrive at the Stake Center at 7am and proceed to the gym where they will gather as families. Remember, gear will have already been loaded the night before, so please don’t bring additional gear.

Saturday, March 14

Time: 2pm -ish
Location: Stake Center

We anticipate arriving back at the Stake Center around 2pm.

This website has been set up to provide information for the upcoming Colleyville Stake Prioneer Trek. Trek will be held from March 12-14, 2020, so mark your calendars now for this wonderful event.

And remember, all youth who turn 14 in 2020 and up are invited to participate!

As the event gets closer, we will provide more information on this site such as packings lists, upcoming events, etc.
